Obituary of Sandra K. Zulauf

STERLING-Sandra K. Zulauf, 78, died Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at Avonlea Cottage of Dixon.

    Sandra was born June 4, 1940 in Davenport, IA, the daughter of Lyle and Arlene (Cumming) Rieger. She married Billie M. Zulauf on October 5, 1957 on Sterling, he preceded her in death on December 18, 1996.

    Survivors include one daughter, Kelly (Michael) Harden of Sterling; Scott (Lori) Zulauf of The Villages, FL, Sheldon(Julie) Zulauf of Glendale, AZ; two brothers, Ron (Vicki) Rieger of Las Vegas and Bruce Rieger of CoCo, FL; seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

    She was also preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Patricia Rieger, Diane Taylor and Debbie Potts.

    Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Monday, April 15, 2019 at First United Methodist Church in Sterling with Pastor Rod Dye, Officiating. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery, Sterling. Visitation will be from 9-11AM, prior to services at the church.

    A memorial has been established to Broadway Women’s Circle and Alzheimer's Association.
