Obituary of Linda Bowe-Walker

Linda Bowe-Walker, 81, of Dixon passed away August 9, 2022 at her home surrounded by family. Linda was born January 2, 1941 in Prenter WV, the daughter of Clyde and Eve (Woodrum) Bowe.
Linda was a die hard Cubs fan, and watched every game. She loved everyone around her, and especially loved spending time with her grandkids.
Survivors include two daughters Cindy Walker of Dixon and Michelle Mijares of Oklahoma; one son Harold Walker of Dixon; three sisters Delores Wagstaff of Washington IL, Jan Hill of LaFayette IN and Terry Smith of Dixon; one brother Richard Bowe of Ohio; eleven grandchildren Jacqueline Younger, Desiree Walker, Dustin Wieber, Alexis Walker, Tyler Walker, Jesse Walker, Zachery Walker, Autumn Musgrave, Kaleb Garza, Seaira Garza, and Daniela Mijares; nine great-grandchildren Vera Walker, Leo Walker, Cash Walker, Nora Younger, Axel Younger, Kaison Garcia, Jeter Gonzalez, and Santana Gonzalez, Ariana Durham; several nieces and nephews.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents; four sisters Lucille Bowe, Rosa Field, Marie Bowe, and Cindy Welch; two brothers Clyde Bowe Jr., and Elmer Bowe.
Funeral services will take place at 1PM Saturday August 13, 2022 at Full Gospel Assembly Church in Sterling. Visitation will be 2 hours prior to the service, from 11AM-1PM at Church.
A memorial has been established.
