I have to start with all the teasing that he and I shared about his peanut butter sandwich’s. Always would say well, Gwen is probably making me a peanut butter sandwich today for lunch. So, anytime I saw him while cleaning at Jakob Brothers farm, and I ran into Kevin, I would always say it, so, are you getting a peanut butter sandwich today Kevin. On a serious note, we were at a Jakob Christmas party, at Champs. Gwen stepped out and Kevin and I were sitting together and he said to me, you know I give Gwen a hard time sometimes but, truth be known, I’d be lost without her. This night has always stuck in my mind because it was a sweet tribute to the love of his life. Kevin was such a wonderful man who I will always remember, love and miss.
