Obituary of Betty Kuehl

Betty M. Kuehl Sterling, IL - Betty M. Kuehl, 84, died Sunday, October 25, 2009 at Sterling Pavilion. Betty was born November 29, 1924 in Eau Claire, WI, the daughter of Chester and Esther (Fetting) Miller. She married Robert B. Kuehl on December 17, 1944 in Morrison. She was a member of First Christian Church, Sterling. Survivors include two daughters, Jane Johnson, of Sterling, and Connie (Rick) Balsley, of Lampe, MO; four sons, Richard (Sharon) Kuehl, of Rochelle, Donald (Vicki) Kuehl, of Chandler, AZ, Jerry Kuehl and Bruce (Debbie) Kuehl, both of Sterling; five brothers, Clifford Miller, of Rock Falls, Wallace (Lois) Miller, of Dixon, Curtis (Muriel) Miller and Earl (Pat) Miller, both of Mt. Morris, and Dennis (Leona) Miller, of Fulton; two sisters, Joan (Ernie) Schultz, of Sterling, and Judy (Glenn) Virgin of Henderson, NV; 15 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert B. Kuehl, five brothers and six sisters. Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at Schilling Funeral Home, Sterling with Reverend Brian Vickers of Rock River Christian Center in Rock Falls, officiating. Burial will be at Grove Hill Cemetery, Morrison. Visitation will be from 5-8 PM, Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at the Funeral Home. A memorial has been established
