Obituary of Wilma McPheeters

WILMA JEAN MC PHEETERS STERLING - Wilma Jean McPheeters , 88, died Friday, January 13, 2012 at Prophets Riverview Good Samaritan Center. She was a LPN at CGH Medical Center for over twenty years, prior to retirement. Wilma was born June 12, 1923 in Sterling the daughter of William and Ethel (Klutas) Coats. She married Burl McPheeters on October 18, 1957 in Peoria. He preceded her in death in 1996. Survivors include one daughter, Janna (James) Kresanek of Dixon, IL; one son, Bill McPheeters of San Diego, CA and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one brother, Donald Coats. Graveside services will be held at 1:30 PM Wednesday at Riverside Cemetery, Sterling, with the Reverend David Yonker, pastor of First Christian Church, Sterling, officiating.
