Obituary of Theda Mielke

THEDA MIELKE STERLING - Theda Mielke, 93, died Thursday, August 18, 2011 at Coventry Living Center. Theda was born July 19, 1918 in Franklin Grove, the daughter of Ralph and Lottie (Johnson) Struckman. She married Leslie Mielke on September 1, 1951 in Sterling. She was a member of Lighthouse Methodist Church in Franklin Grove. Survivors include her husband, Leslie; one sister, Deloras Breaish, of Idaho; and several nieces and nephews. There will be no services. Cremation rites have been accorded. Arrangements were made by Schilling Funeral Home, Sterling. A memorial has been established.
