Obituary of Harold J. Andreas

STERLING- Harold Andreas, 74, died, Sunday, May 3, 2015 at his residence.
Harold was born April 8, 1941, the son of Clyde and Wanita (Swisshelm) Andreas.
He married Barbara Blankenship on November 2, 1959, in Clinton, IA.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara; one daughter, Virginia Andreas, of Sterling; one son, William (Stacey) Andreas, of Elgin; three sisters, June Hunsburger, of Rock Falls, Delores Pitzer, of Dixon, and Donna (Tom) Izer, of Oregon;One brother Terry (Kim)Andreas of Rockton; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Donna Gear, and one son-in-law, Barry Gear.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 8, 2015 at 11 AM at Liberty Baptist Church, Rock Falls, with Pastor Tom McMurtry, II officiating. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 9:30 to 11 AM also at the church. Burial will be held at Coloma Township Cemetery, Rock Falls, IL.
Schilling Funeral Home in Sterling handled arrangements.
A memorial has been established.
