Obituary of William Bryant

WILLIAM C. BRYANT, JR. STERLING - William C. Bryant, Jr., 83, died Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at Sterling Pavilion. He was a teacher at Dixon State School. William was born September 20, 1928 in Sterling, the son of William, Sr. and Anita (MacPherson) Bryant. He served in the Army during the Korean War. William was a member of Harvest Time Bible Church in Rock Falls. Survivors include one son, Steve (Brenda) Bryant, of Bradenton, FL; one grandson; and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one son, Greg Bryant; and ex-wife, Shirley Bryant. Services will be held at 10 AM, Friday, April 13, 2012 at Schilling Funeral Home with Reverend Dale Miller, officiating. Burial will be at the Oak Knoll Memorial Park, Sterling. Visitation will be from 5-7 PM, Thursday, April 12, 2012 at the Funeral Home. A memorial has been established.
