JOANNA CARTER

Rock Falls- Joanna Carter, 52, of Rock Falls died Sunday, August 27, 2017.

  Joanna was born January 6, 1965 in Sterling the daughter of Paz Martinez and Encarnation Castaneda.

  Survivors include two daughters Amanda carter of Sterling, and Kassandra Carter of Rock Falls; one son Paul Bash of Sterling; three brothers Henry Castaneda of Dixon, Paz (Roberta) Martinez of Sterling, and Jacinto Martinez of San Antonio TX; two sisters Dominga Heald of Kewannee, and Magdelene (William) Fassler of Sterling; and one grandson.

  She was preceded in death by her parents, and one daughter Breanna Carter.

  The funeral is at 11AM Thursday August 31, 2017 at Schilling Funeral Home & Cremation in Sterling. Burial is at Calvary Cemetery in Sterling. Visitation will be from 9A.M. to 11A.M. prior to funeral services at Schilling Funeral Home & Cremation.

  A memorial has been established.
