Bob and I have so many cherished memories of when we were pastors in Rock Falls. Clinton was always saying CVP here. Norma you were always supporting Clinton and that was so special. We just want you to know how sorry we are for your loss. Wish we could be there but since we can"t we are sending our love and condolences to you and all the family. The news of Clinton's passing has left a great sadness in my heart. He was a wonderful man that brought a smile to my spirit at some low times in my life. Even though his absence here on this earth will leave a great void in many lives,the angels are rejoicing at his arrival home. I know he is singing praises at the feet of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as I write this. we are all just pilgrims passing through. We will miss you Mr Porter. My sincere condolences to his family. We'll see him again in glory!

I can't think of anyone who enjoyed life more than Clinton. He lived life to the fullest. Johnny enjoyed discussing the Bears/Packers with him. He will truly be missed. All of the family is in our prayers. We don't have to pray for Clinton anymore, because we know where he is, with his Heavenly Father.
