Obituary of Phyllis Willis

PHYLLIS JANE WILLIS MILLEDGEVILLE - Phyllis Jane Willis, 68, died Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at Coventry Living Center, Sterling. She was part owner of General Acoustical Engineering Inc., prior to retirement in 1994. Phyllis was born September 30, 1942 in Chicago, the daughter of Ardie Dale and Georgia Lulu Mae (Cothren) Plumley. She married Curtis P. Willis on December 6, 1958 in Brookfield. Survivors include her husband, Curtis; three sons, Vance (Sylvia) Willis of LaGrange, Jim (Ruth) Willis of Camden, TN and Jeff (Pam) Willis of Brookfield; one brother, Ray (Darlene) Plumley of Taylor, AR and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by, her parents, one sister, Ora Mae Sondles and one brother, Jerry Plumley. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Cremation rites have been accorded.
